1. Create an Account

Download the My Gold Wallet app and set up your account by providing your personal details, setting a secure password, and completing your profile. Once your account is created, you’ll gain access to all features of the app to start your gold-buying journey.

2. Add Fund to Your Wallet

Use your preferred payment method to add funds to your wallet. Ensure your wallet has a sufficient balance to make gold purchases.

3. Buy Gold

Once your wallet is funded, you’re ready to buy gold! Simply select the amount of gold you want to purchase, proceed with the transaction, and that’s it—you’ve successfully bought gold! Your purchased gold will be displayed in your Gold Wallet.

Tip: You can also skip adding funds and buy gold directly in one step, making the process even more convenient.

1. Check Your Gold Balance

Before vaultizing, open the My Gold Wallet app and navigate to the Vaultize section. Review the amount of gold you have in your wallet to ensure you're ready to vaultize the desired quantity.

2. Select the Quantity to Vaultize

Choose the specific amount of gold you want to vaultize, or opt to vaultize all your holdings. The app will display the current value of the gold you're about to vaultize, helping you make an informed decision.

3. Confirm the Transaction

After selecting the amount, review the transaction details and select "Proceed to Vaultize" to vaultize your gold. Once confirmed, the equivalent value of your gold will be credited to your cash wallet.

1. Create Your G-Miles Plan

Open the My Gold Wallet app and go to the G-Miles section. Select "Create New G-Miles," add a plan name, choose your installment amount, and set a start date. You can start from a minimum of AED 100 or multiples of 100. The plan duration is 12 months.

2. Fund Your G-Miles Plan

When it’s time to start your installments, fund your plan using your cash wallet or choose your preferred payment method to ensure your funds are deposited into the plan.

3. Track Your Progress and Enjoy Benefits

Once your G-Miles plan is active, track your investment progress through the app. Complete your installments and enjoy exciting benefits at the end of your plan!
